What areas do yo serve?

We are serving the Los Angeles County, Orange County, amd San Fernando Valley. A 50 mile radius from the city of Bell. (which is our vase)

What type of events is Pacific Mini Express suited for?

The PMEX can be used for birthdays Parties, festivals, church events, schools events, Companies parties, grand openings, family reunions, holiday party's and many more.

What are the hours of opperation?

Monday thru Sunday 9am-6pm Train is equipt with lights and music.

What type of surface is required?

Concrete or asphalt are the best but we will do our best to accmodate to the surface you have. We will definately not operate on a muddy or hilly surface

Can you operate the train in public parks?

Yes, but you have to check with your parks and recreation department to see if there is any permit require in order for us to operate in that park.

How long in advance should I make a reservation?

We recommend to book your event at least 30 days in andvance.

Do you have insurance?

Yes, we carry a $2,000,000 Liability Insurance.

What is your cancelation policy?

Security deposit will be refunded if cancellation is requested more than fourteen days prior to the day of the event or in case of rain. Renter acknowledges that the security deposit will be forfeited if the reservation is cancelled within fourteen days of the day of the event.
